We may modify or discontinue services at any time, providing notice through our website. We will illustrate changes with updated scenarios to maintain learning continuity.

While we strive for consistent availability, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or events beyond our control.

45. User Conduct Rules

Participants must adhere to rules that foster respect, safety, and productive learning environments.

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and peers, even in challenging case-study debates.
• Do not post or share harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Refrain from spamming chat or email channels with unsolicited promotions.
• Respect intellectual property of case materials and do not redistribute without permission.
• Participate in exercises in good faith and follow facilitator guidelines.
• Do not attempt to bypass any security measures or access unauthorized content.
• Report any inappropriate behavior or content to [email protected] immediately.

56. User Content

You may submit feedback, comments, or success stories derived from practical leadership scenarios.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You represent that you have the rights to the content you provide.

By submitting content, you grant corazonra a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional and educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for your submissions and any claims arising out of them.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

67. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by corazonra, including case studies, exercises, and digital assets, are owned by corazonra or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
• You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

78. Paid Services

Some corazonra programs require payment of fees. Fees cover access to workshops, proprietary case materials, and post-session coaching.

Pricing is displayed on corazonra.pro at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in USD or local currency equivalents.

Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers.

Subscription-based offerings renew automatically until canceled. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering participation level and resource consumption.

You may cancel a paid program up to seven days before its start date. Cancellations after that date may incur a partial fee.

Applicable taxes may apply based on your location. Any VAT, GST, or similar taxes are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to adjust prices for future programs. Current registrations are not affected by subsequent price changes.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, corazonra’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

1112. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, you must cease using all corazonra materials. Any unused fees may be forfeited.

We will send you service announcements, administrative messages, and marketing communications as permitted by law.
